Kota Kinabalu, 27 February 2025 – Program Outreach Santuni Wanita yang berlangsung kelmarin telah menarik perhatian ramai dengan penyertaan yang sangat menggalakkan, mencecah 301 peserta. Acara ini diadakan di Ballroom Wisma Wanita dan dirasmikan oleh Yang Berhormat Datuk James Bin Ratib, Menteri Pembangunan Masyarakat dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sabah.
The programme featured experienced speakers, including:
Puan Noor Azah Abd Rahmah, Advocate and Solicitor at the Sabah Women's Legal Aid Centre (JHEWA), who spoke on 'Women's Legal Rights in Marriage'.
Puan Dayang Siti Rohani binti Sedan, Assistant Director of AADK Sabah, who discussed 'Drug Abuse and Its Effects on Families'.
Inspector Ho Shiau Wui of the Criminal Investigation Division, Kota Kinabalu District Police Headquarters, Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), who addressed 'The Dangers of Online Gambling'.
Alongside the talks, participants accessed services and information on women's wellbeing at agency counters and visited MADANI Rahmah sales and stalls by JHEWA-supported entrepreneurs.
