Review of Draft Answers for the Women and the Law Guidebook

Satu sesi penyemakan deraf jawapan bagi Buku Panduan Wanita Dan Undang-Undang telah berlangsung dengan jayanya pada 19 March 2025 (Rabu). Sesi ini melibatkan perbincangan mengenai Siri 4: Tuntutan Harta Pusaka & Harta Sepencarian serta Siri 5: Nafkah Isteri Dan Anak.
The review session enabled relevant agencies to discuss questions for inclusion in both series. The books are scheduled for printing and public distribution, particularly to women, during JHEWA programmes throughout the year.
It is hoped that the publication will improve public understanding, especially among Sabah women, of inheritance claims, matrimonial property, and maintenance for wives and children.
