Women's Stress Management Talk by the Tenghilan Single Mothers' Association
On 19 April 2025, the Tenghilan Single Mothers' Association, an NGO registered with JHEWA, organised a stress management talk for women at Kampung Bunga Tenghilan Multipurpose Hall. It aimed to help women understand and manage everyday stress. The local women's community responded warmly, and the programme is expected to improve mental wellbeing and support single mothers, women and the surrounding community.
