Successful Completion of Women of Substance Leadership Development Workshop, Series 2
The Women of Substance (WOS) Leadership Development Workshop, Series 2, Groups 13 and 14, was successfully held over three days from 20 to 22 May 2025. It achieved its main objective of empowering women as capable organisational leaders.

Course Objectives:
The course aimed to equip women with the competencies needed to become capable leaders. Participants strengthened leadership and effective communication skills and built confidence in fulfilling leadership responsibilities.

Discussions and practical training to improve participants' competence
Networking and experience-sharing among officers
