Usukan, 4 July 2025 — JHEWA's Operations Division successfully held a three-day Food Stall Cooking Course from 2 to 4 July 2025 in N.10 Usukan. Twenty-seven participants attended intensive training from 8 am to 5 pm to improve cooking skills and quality food stall management.
The programme received an encouraging response and achieved its objective of teaching participants to prepare appealing, delicious food for their stalls. Participants also learned modern cooking techniques and effective business management.
JHEWA congratulates all participants on completing the course. It is hoped that their new skills will strengthen local food stall entrepreneurs' livelihoods and promote both traditional and innovative culinary heritage.
