Single mothers are invited to register online through the Women's Information System at the following link https://wise.sabah.gov.my
The categories of single mothers and supporting documents required to verify their status are:
1. Widows: husband's death certificate and marriage certificate or child's birth certificate.
2. Divorced women: divorce certificate.
3. Women abandoned or neglected by their husbands without maintenance: a Single Mother Declaration signed by the Village Head, Native Chief or District Officer.
4. Unmarried women with a child or adopted child: a Single Mother Declaration signed by the Village Head, Native Chief or District Officer, together with the child's birth certificate or adoption certificate.
5. Women whose husbands are seriously ill and unable to work: marriage certificate and a declaration of the husband's illness from a government hospital.
Please upload copies of the single mother's identity card (front and back) and the supporting documents for the relevant single mother category as specified in the system. Registrations without supporting documents will not be processed. Thank you for your cooperation.
